This header mates with a Minitek® Multipitch™ 1.25 mm pitch receptacle housing (crimp or IDC type). The single-row, 15-position layout requires a matching 15-way receptacle. Termination is solder to the board — the male pins are soldered to the PCB pads; the cable side uses a separate crimp terminal and housing.
