Dual 1/4-inch jack for panel-mount audio
The ACJC10AV BULK is a dual female phone jack in Amphenol Sine Systems' XLRSeries™ AC, C-Type line, accepting a standard 6.35mm (0.250", 1/4") headphone plug across 3 conductors and 11 contacts. Rated 7.5 A, it mounts through a 0.937" (23.80mm) panel hole and terminates via kinked pin solder lugs, with three internal switches for signal routing.
Board guide and switch integration
A built-in board guide aids alignment during panel installation, and the three internal switches allow normally-open or normally-closed contact configurations without external switching. The housing is glass-filled PA66 (Nylon 6/6), with brass and bronze contacts plated in gold and silver for corrosion resistance across the -25°C to 70°C operating range.
