Dual phone jack — 1/4" TRS with panel mount
The ACJC6AV BULK is the dual phone jack member of Amphenol Sine Systems' AC series, accepting a standard 6.35mm (1/4") headphone plug with 3 conductors (TRS) and 7 contacts total. Rated 7.5 A per contact with an operating range of -25°C to 70°C, the contacts are brass and bronze with gold and silver plating — the dual-metal finish handles both signal and ground return without a separate switching contact.
Panel fit and termination
Mounts panel-mount through-hole with kinked pin solder termination; the panel hole size is 0.937" (23.80mm) and a board guide aids alignment during assembly. The housing is glass-filled PA66 (Nylon 6/6) in a black body, unshielded, and contains no internal switches — the signal path is direct through the 3 conductors.
