50 Ohm RP-SMA Jack for Board-Edge RF Launch
The 132136RP: It is specified for 50 Ohm impedance, the standard for RF signal paths in Wi-Fi access points, antenna modules, test equipment, and radio front-ends. The threaded coupling (fastening type) provides a vibration-resistant, torque-able connection that holds the pair mated under cable strain.
375 V Rating and Wide Temperature Range
The 375 V voltage rating gives headroom for RF power applications where the signal rides on a DC bias or where the connector is used in a low-power RF path with high peak voltages.
The shield termination is solder — the outer conductor of the coaxial cable solders to the ground plane or cable braid through the connector body. The centre contact is also solder-terminated. The dielectric material is PTFE (Teflon), which maintains a stable dielectric constant across the temperature range and supports the 50 Ohm impedance target. The threaded coupling ensures a secure mate; hand-tighten to the torque spec in the product drawing. Do not use standard SMA jacks as a mating half — the centre pin polarity is reversed.
