1.27 mm Pitch, 22 Positions – Board-to-Board Stacking Fit
The 20021321-00022T4LF: This is a 22-position, dual-row receptacle from the Minitek127® 1.27mm series, designed for board-to-board stacking. Surface-mount termination with solder tails – the connector sits flat on the board and reflows in a standard SMT oven. No press-fit or through-hole step, so the board-side keep-out is just the pad pattern. The gold mating finish (10.0 µinch / 0.25 µm) on phosphor bronze contacts handles repeated mating cycles without oxidation. For a board-stacking connection that sees occasional rework or test access, this plating grade is adequate – not a high-cycle field-service connector, but fine for production-level board mating.
The UL94 V-0 housing ensures the connector does not propagate flame inside the enclosure – a standard requirement for equipment-level approvals.
