The 1.27 mm pitch and 1.27 mm row spacing set the board footprint for a dense, two-row interconnect — the 30 circuits fit in a compact envelope that saves real estate compared to 2.54 mm pitch alternatives. Tin plating on the solder posts (100.0 µinch) ensures reliable wetting during reflow.
Mating Header and Board Fit
This receptacle mates with a 1.27 mm pitch, dual-row pin header — the mating header must have square pins on the same 1.27 mm row spacing. Surface-mount termination with pick-and-place features (the part ships in Tape & Reel) means it is ready for automated assembly.
