It is a straight, free-hanging (in-line) body, threaded on both ends, built for 50-ohm systems and rated to 11 GHz.

Why RP-TNC?

Standard TNC uses a male center pin on the plug and a female socket on the jack. RP-TNC (Reverse Polarity TNC) swaps the genders: the plug has a female center contact, and the mating jack carries the pin.
