SMB Fakra Jack for Automotive RF Harnesses
It mates with the standard Fakra latch-lock interface, common in automotive telematics, GPS antennas, and infotainment modules where a quick-connect, vibration-resistant RF connection is needed. The connector is rated to 3 GHz, covering GNSS, cellular, and short-range wireless bands. It accepts RG-174, RG-188, RG-188A, RG-316, LMR-100, and M17/119-RG174 cables, making it a versatile choice for thin, flexible coax runs.
Crimp Termination and Cable Prep
The shield termination uses a crimp ferrule (not included) over the braid. The zinc die-cast body has a tin finish and a green/leaf housing colour, which is the standard colour for Fakra connectors that typically indicate a specific keying or application (often GPS).
