The 54201-T0806ALF is the 6-position member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s BERGSTIK unshrouded header line, a single-row board-to-board interconnect at 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch. Tin-plated phosphor bronze male pins carry the signal path; the 100.0µin (2.54µm) tin finish on both mating and post surfaces suits moderate-cycle-duty applications where gold is not required.
Surface-mount termination with pick-and-place compatibility
The SMT solder termination and integrated Pick and Place feature allow automated board assembly without a secondary through-hole step. The unshrouded push-pull fastening and 0.100" (2.54mm) insulation height keep the profile low on the board; the 0.230" (5.84mm) mating pin length provides adequate wipe for standard receptacle contacts.
