32-Position, 2.00mm Pitch Unshrouded Header
The 57102-F08-16LF: Contacts are square male pins made of copper alloy with gold flash on the mating surface and full tin on the solder tails. The gold finish supports repeated mating cycles in signal-level circuits; the tin tails solder cleanly into plated through-holes. Rated 2A per contact at 200V AC/DC, this header is designed for low-power signal interconnect where density matters more than per-contact current.
Board Fit and Mating Half
Through-hole mounting with a 0.118" (3.00mm) post length gives a solid solder joint on standard 1.6mm PCBs. As an unshrouded header, the pins are exposed for direct mating with a Minitek 2.00mm female socket housing. In a vibration environment, a secondary retention method (wire-to-board latch or potting) should be considered. The insulation height above the PCB is just 0.059" (1.50mm), keeping the component profile low for tight board-to-board stacking heights.
