34-circuit board-to-board header, SMT
The 57202-G52-17ULF is the 34-circuit member of Amphenol ICC's Minitek 2.00mm unshrouded header line, a board-to-board male pin header with square contacts. Mating contacts are Gold GXT™ plated to 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) — the GXT finish is a palladium-nickel alloy with a thin gold flash, rated for higher mating-cycle durability than straight gold of equivalent thickness. The solder tails receive a tin post finish at 78.7 µin (2.00 µm).
Pitch, routing, and power limits
The 2.00 mm pitch leaves 0.079" between adjacent contacts, which sets the board-level routing channel width for break-out traces between pads. Row spacing is the same 2.00 mm, so the four-row footprint occupies a 6.00 mm × 68.00 mm keep-out area — the contact length of 0.157" (4.00 mm) gives the mating receptacle a defined wipe distance. Each circuit is rated 2 A AC/DC at 200 V AC/DC. The current ceiling is typical for a 2.00 mm pitch header; the limiting factor is the contact cross-section and the UL94 V-0 thermoplastic insulator's temperature rise.
