FPC interconnect, 50-circuit ZIF
The 62684-50110E9ALF is the 50-circuit member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s OPU series of FPC connectors. It accepts 0.30 mm thick FPC, uses gold-plated bottom contacts, and mates with a ZIF slide lock actuator. Rated 0.5 A per contact at 50 V, the connector mounts surface-mount right-angle and stands 2.00 mm above the board.
Pitch, ZIF actuation, and board fit
The 0.50 mm pitch and 2.00 mm board height set the footprint and keep-out for the routing density — the ZIF slide lock holds the FPC without a secondary latch. Solder retention features on the SMT pads improve reflow hold and shear resistance during cable handling.
