Contact system & mating duty
The 65801-054LF is the 25-position member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s Clincher FFC/FPC receptacle line, using gold or gold GXT plating on the contacts with a thickness of 30.0µin (0.76µm) — the gold layer supports 100 mating cycles before the contact resistance drifts outside the rated window. Rated 2 A per contact at 500 V, with an operating temperature range of -65°C to 105°C.
ZIF actuation & FFC fit
The flip-lock actuator provides zero insertion force — the FFC slides in without cam wear, then the lock clamps the cable. Accepts 0.20 mm thick FFC with a notched end; the solder retention feature holds the connector in place during hand assembly or rework.
