The 65863-105LF is the 60-position member of Amphenol ICC's Quickie™ board-to-cable/wire header line. It carries gold or GXT™ mating contacts rated 30.0µin (0.76µm) thick, shrouded on four walls, and secures with latch lock/eject hooks. Through-hole solder termination with 0.150" (3.81mm) post length; the insulation height is 0.640" (16.26mm).

Shrouding and flame rating

Four-wall shrouding with a keying slot prevents mis-mating with the receptacle. The thermoplastic housing carries UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contact mating length is 0.230" (5.84mm); the contact finish on the post is 100.0µin (2.54µm) tin.
