10-position shrouded header
The 65863-165LF is the 10-circuit member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s Quickie board-to-cable/wire header line. It carries a dual-row arrangement at 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch, shrouded 4-wall with latch lock/eject hooks, and terminates through-hole with solder.
Pitch, plating, and housing
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) mating and row spacing sets the board footprint for a standard 0.100" grid — the same pitch used across the Quickie series, so the footprint is shared with other position counts in the family. Mating contacts are gold or GXT™ (30.0 µin / 0.76 µm thickness) for corrosion resistance over repeated mating cycles; the post finish is tin (100.0 µin / 2.54 µm) for solderability. The thermoplastic housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and includes a keying slot to prevent mis-mating with non-keyed headers.
