Board-to-wire header with shrouded 4-wall latch
The 65863-337LF is the 10-circuit member of Amphenol ICC's Quickie™ header line, a board-to-cable/wire connector with a shrouded 4-wall housing and short latch lock/eject hooks. It carries gold or GXT™-plated square male pins at 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch in a dual-row layout, through-hole solder termination, and the 0.640" (16.26 mm) insulation height accommodates the latch mechanism.
Shrouded housing and latch retention
The 4-wall shroud protects the mating pins from damage during handling and alignment, while the short latch lock/eject hooks on both ends secure the mating cable connector and provide a positive retention — the keying slot prevents mis-mating with non-keyed counterparts.
Material and flammability ratings
The housing is molded from thermoplastic rated UL94 V-0, and the contacts are phosphor bronze with 15.0µin (0.38µm) gold or GXT™ on the mating surface and 100.0µin (2.54µm) tin on the solder post.
