Shrouded 10-position right-angle header
The 66429-049 is the 10-circuit member of the Amphenol ICC (FCI) Quickie™ shrouded header line, a board-to-cable/wire interconnect with a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and dual-row layout. The through-hole right-angle orientation and 4-wall shrouding with latch lock/eject hooks suit it for cable-to-board connections where the mated pair needs mechanical retention and protection against mis-mating. Mating contacts carry gold or GXT™ plating at 30.0µin (0.76µm) thickness — the gold layer supports repeated mating cycles in field-service or production-test environments.
Housing and retention features
The glass-filled PBT housing is rated UL94 V-0 and moulded in blue, with a keying slot and mounting flange that orient the connector on the board and resist shear during cable strain. Insulation height is 0.681" (17.30mm); the mating pin length is 0.230" (5.84mm) and the post length is 0.105" (2.67mm). Row spacing matches the 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch, keeping the footprint consistent across the Quickie™ series.
