Board-to-wire header with keying slot
The 66506-100 is the 40-position member of Amphenol ICC's Quickie board-to-wire header line, a shrouded 4-wall design with a keying slot for polarization. It carries two rows of square male pins on a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch with 0.230" (5.84mm) mating length and 0.105" (2.67mm) post length, through-hole solder termination, and gold or gold GXT mating finish at 15.0µin (0.38µm).
Pitch, footprint, and flammability rating
The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and 0.100" (2.54mm) row spacing define a standard 0.1" grid footprint that matches legacy ribbon-cable IDC receptacles and many discrete-wire housings in the Quickie series. The polyester glass-filled housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the contact material is phosphor bronze.
