Contact system and mating duty
The 67997-130HLF is the 30-position dual-row member of Amphenol's BERGSTIK® II unshrouded header line. Mating contacts are gold or GXT™ plated to 30.0µin (0.76µm) on phosphor bronze square pins, rated 3 A per circuit with a push-pull fastening system.
Board-mount and footprint fit
Through-hole solder termination with a 0.120" (3.05mm) post length and 0.230" (5.84mm) mating pin length gives an overall contact length of 0.450" (11.43mm). The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and row spacing set the board footprint; the 0.100" (2.54mm) insulation height keeps the profile low above the PCB. Black UL94 V-0 rated housing and phosphor bronze contacts suit the operating temperature range of -65°C to 130°C.
