Board-to-Board Header for Through-Hole Prototyping and Production
The Amphenol 67998-444HLF is a 44-position, dual-row unshrouded header from the BERGSTIK® II series, built on the industry-standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. The black UL94 V-0 housing suits equipment inside enclosures requiring flame-rated materials.
At 0.100" pitch with a matching 0.100" row spacing, the 44 positions occupy a 2.2" long footprint across two rows — a standard grid that aligns with common perfboard and prototyping layouts. The 0.318" mating pin length and 0.107" post length give a total through-hole depth of 0.525", which fits standard 0.062" PCBs with room for wave solder fillets.
The 110 V rating is conservative for signal-level work and covers most low-voltage power distribution within a board assembly.
The through-hole solder termination is wave-solder friendly and allows hand-solder rework without special tooling. All 44 positions are loaded, so no depopulation to account for.
