BERGSTIK II unshrouded header, 27 positions
The 68002-127HLF is the 27-position member of Amphenol ICC's BERGSTIK® II unshrouded header line, a single-row board-to-board interconnect. It carries gold-plated square pins rated 3 A per contact at 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch, with a 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) gold mating finish, and terminates through-hole with solder.
Pin length and board fit
The overall contact length is 0.480" (12.19 mm), split into a 0.230" (5.84 mm) mating pin and a 0.150" (3.81 mm) solder tail — the tail length determines the PCB thickness the header can accommodate. The 0.100" (2.54 mm) insulation height matches the standard BERGSTIK II profile, keeping the mated stack height consistent with other series members.
