Product Introduction
The contacts are gold-plated to 15.0 µin (0.38 µm) over phosphor bronze, rated for 5 A per circuit at 110 V. The black UL94 V-0 housing provides flame resistance for enclosed equipment.
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch is the de facto standard for BergStik headers — it matches the board footprint of earlier BergStik and legacy.100"-pitch designs, so a layout already using that grid needs no respin. At 5 A per circuit, the header handles signal-level current and moderate power duty; derate above 25 °C per the BergStik derating curve if the board runs hot.
The through-hole solder tails are 0.107" (2.71 mm) long, designed for standard 0.062" PCBs with plated through-holes.
