The FCI BERGSTIK® II 68004-221HLF is a 21-position unshrouded male pin header on a standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch, designed for board-to-board stacking or wire-to-board interconnect when paired with the matching receptacle. It uses a through-hole solder termination with square pins, gold or GXT™ plating on the mating surface at 15.0 µin (0.38 µm) thickness, and carries a 5 A per contact current rating at 110 V.
The 0.100" pitch is the standard for square pin headers — the footprint is a row of 21 plated through holes on 0.100" centers, with the mating pin length at 0.318" (8.08 mm) and the solder tail at 0.107" (2.71 mm).
