The 68004-236 is a 36-position, single-row, unshrouded BergStik® II header from the standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch family. The 36 circuits in a single row make this a long part — about 3.6 inches of board edge — so check your board real estate before you lay out the footprint.
The 0.100" pitch gives enough creepage for the 110 V rating without forcing an oversized footprint, but don't plan on running 5 A through every pin simultaneously at elevated temperature; derate above 25 °C per the manufacturer's curve. The unshrouded design means no polarization key: the mating receptacle can be installed backwards, so include a keying feature in your harness or board layout if mis-mate risk is a concern.
