Right-angle routing and board-edge fit
The 68016-206HLF: The right-angle orientation means the pin tail exits the PCB at 90°, not straight up. For a board-edge connector, the pins face outward, not upward, so the cable bundle routes cleanly along the panel wall. The post length is 0.120" (3.05 mm) — standard for a 1.6 mm thick PCB with through-hole solder. If the application needs pin protection, a shrouded header from the same BERGSTIK® II family is a drop-in swap on the same footprint.
