31-position unshrouded right-angle header
The 68016-231HLF is the 31-circuit member of Amphenol ICC's BERGSTIK II unshrouded header series, a single-row square-pin design on 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch. Rated 3 A per contact, it carries gold or GXT mating finish over 15.0µin (0.38µm) thickness and mounts through-hole right-angle with solder termination. The black UL 94 V-0 rated housing withstands -65°C to 130°C.
Board-to-board fit and routing
The unshrouded push-pull interface mates with standard 0.100" pitch receptacles. The 0.230" (5.84mm) mating pin length and 0.120" (3.05mm) post length set the board-to-board standoff; the 0.095" (2.41mm) insulation height clears the housing above the PCB.
