The 5 A per circuit rating at 110 V is typical for signal and moderate-power distribution on a 0.100" pitch header; the current limit is set by the temperature rise of the UL94 V-0 black insulator, not by the contact itself.
Position and footprint
All 32 positions are loaded — no skipped or dummy pins to account for. The dual-row layout with 0.100" row spacing means the board footprint occupies a 0.100" x 0.100" grid, which is the same pattern as standard 0.100" IDC receptacles and Bergstik-compatible shrouded headers. The post length on the solder side is 0.110" (2.79 mm) — short enough that it clears most through-hole boards without bottom-side interference, but verify against your board thickness if you are using a thick backplane.
