Board-to-Board Header for Standard-Pitch Interconnects
The Amphenol FCI 68022-240HLF is a 40-position dual-row header from the BERGSTIK® II series, built on the industry-standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. It is an unshrouded, right-angle through-hole male pin header with push-pull mating, designed for board-to-board and wire-to-board interconnect applications where a reliable, solder-terminated connection is needed.
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch provides creepage for the 110 V rating.
The insulation height is 0.240" (6.10 mm), and the mating pin length is 0.318" (8.08 mm) with a solder post of 0.110" (2.79 mm) — dimensions that define the board standoff and the through-hole drill depth.
