The Amphenol BERGSTIK® II 68024-111HLF is an 11-position, single-row, unshrouded male pin header on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. The black UL94 V-0 rated housing carries phosphor bronze square pins with a gold or Gold, GXT™ mating finish plated to 30.0 µin (0.76 µm).
Pin Length and Board Fit
The overall contact length is 0.568" (14.43 mm), split into a 0.318" (8.08 mm) mating pin and a 0.150" (3.81 mm) solder post. The 0.100" (2.54 mm) insulation height above the board means the pin stands well clear of the housing for mating with standard 0.100" pitch receptacles. The 0.150" post length is sized for a typical 0.062" PCB — it protrudes enough for a clean solder fillet without bottoming out in a through-hole.
