The Amphenol ICC 68031-111HLF is an 11-position, single-row, unshrouded male pin header from the BERGSTIK® II series. It is a through-hole solder-terminated board-to-board interconnect built on the standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch, meaning it drops directly into a standard perfboard or breadboard grid without a custom footprint. The unshrouded design leaves the square pins exposed — no plastic wall for keying or polarization — so the mating receptacle must provide its own alignment or the board layout enforces orientation. Rated 5A per contact at 110V, this is a signal-level interconnect, not a power bus. The 30.0µin gold or GXT™ plating on the mating surface gives good corrosion resistance and supports repeated mating cycles, which makes it a practical choice for boards that see field service or test-fixture duty. The phosphor bronze contact material and UL94 V-0 rated black insulation meet the flammability requirements for equipment inside an enclosure.
