Mating and Compatibility
As an unshrouded header with a push-pull fastening type, the 68031-129HLF mates with standard 0.100" pitch female socket connectors — including IDC receptacles, crimp housings, and board-to-board socket strips that accept 0.025" square pins. The overall contact length of 0.513" (13.03 mm) includes a 0.230" (5.84 mm) mating length and a 0.183" (4.65 mm) solder post, which determines the PCB thickness range and through-hole diameter for a reliable solder joint.
