BERGSTIK II 31-Position Unshrouded Header
The Amphenol FCI 68031-131HLF is a 31-position, single-row unshrouded header from the BERGSTIK® II series, on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. It is a through-hole solder-terminated board-to-board interconnect with male square pins, gold or Gold, GXT™ plating on the mating surface rated at 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) thickness. The header carries 5 A per circuit at 110 V and uses a phosphor bronze contact base in a black UL94 V-0 rated housing. This is the 31-position fully loaded variant of the 68031 base product number.
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch is the legacy industry standard for through-hole headers — it matches the most common perf-board and prototype footprints. The 31-position count is an odd number, so verify your BOM line calls for exactly 31 circuits; a 30- or 32-position header will not fit the same footprint. The 5 A per-circuit rating is typical for signal and low-power distribution in this pitch class; the 30.0 µ" gold plating on the mating surface supports repeated mating cycles without contact wear, making this header suitable for applications where the board may be disconnected and reconnected in the field.
