The Amphenol 68405-134HLF is a 34-position, dual-row unshrouded male header from the BERGSTIK® II series, on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. It is a board-to-board interconnect, terminated by through-hole solder, with a right-angle orientation that routes the mated board parallel to the PCB. The contacts are phosphor bronze with a 30.0 µ" (0.76 µm) gold mating finish — the gold layer supports repeated mating cycles and resists corrosion in environments where tin would fret. Rated 5 A per circuit at 110 V, with a UL94 V-0 housing.
The 2.54 mm pitch is the de facto 0.100-inch grid — it matches the vast majority of perf-board, protoboard, and standard PCB layouts, so the footprint is a drop-in for any 0.100" header pattern. The right-angle through-hole mount places the header at the board edge, with the mating face parallel to the PCB; the 0.230" (5.84 mm) mating pin length gives enough engagement depth for standard box headers or IDC receptacles.
