Board-to-board header, 68 circuits, 0.100" pitch
The 68481-168HLF is the 68-circuit member of the Amphenol ICC (FCI) BERGSTIK® II unshrouded header line, arranged in two rows on 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch with 0.100" (2.54mm) row spacing. Rated 3A per contact, the header uses gold or GXT™ plating on the mating surface and a phosphor bronze contact material. The insulation is rated UL94 V-0.
Mating dimensions and board fit
The overall contact length is 0.480" (12.19mm), with a mating length of 0.285" (7.24mm) and a post length of 0.095" (2.41mm). The insulation height is 0.100" (2.54mm). These dimensions set the stack height and through-hole depth for the mating receptacle.
