Rated 5A per contact at 110V, with phosphor bronze contacts and a mating-side finish of gold or Gold, GXT™ at 30.0µin (0.76µm) thickness. This is a through-hole solder-termination part, so it holds up to wave solder and hand rework without the risk of lifted pads that SMT headers sometimes show.
If your PCB already has a 0.100" grid, this header drops in without a footprint change. The 7 positions are loaded all the way, so every pin is present; no partial-population variants to track. The limiting factor is the temperature rise in the housing — at 5A per pin with all 7 positions carrying current, the total heat is 35A through a single row, which stays within the UL94 V-0 material's thermal budget for most ambient conditions. The right-angle through-hole mounting gives mechanical strength against the lever force of a cable pulling sideways.
