Board-to-board unshrouded header, 36 positions
The 68602-436HLF is the 36-position member of Amphenol ICC's BERGSTIK® II unshrouded header line, designed for board-to-board stacking with a push-pull fastening interface. The dual-row layout at 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch carries 3 A per contact, with tin-plated mating contacts (100.0 µin thickness) and a UL94 V-0 rated black insulator rated for -65°C to 130°C.
Through-hole termination and board fit
Termination is through-hole solder with a 0.150" (3.81 mm) post length and 0.230" (5.84 mm) mating pin length, giving a 0.480" (12.19 mm) overall contact length — the post fits standard 1.6 mm PCBs. All 36 positions are loaded; the square male pins are phosphor bronze with tin on both the mating and post finishes.
