60-circuit unshrouded header at 2.54 mm pitch
The 68691-160HLF is the 60-circuit member of Amphenol's BERGSTIK® II header line, a dual-row unshrouded board-to-board interconnect. It carries 3 A per contact with a gold or GXT™ mating finish, operates from -65°C to 130°C, and the housing is rated UL 94 V-0.
Through-hole termination and push-pull fastening
The header terminates via through-hole solder and uses a push-pull fastening system — the unshrouded design leaves the 0.318" (8.08 mm) mating pin length exposed for direct board-to-board connection. Phosphor bronze contacts carry a 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) gold or GXT™ mating finish, supporting repeated mating cycles in signal-level applications.
