The insulator stands 0.100" (2.54 mm) off the board surface; the mated stack height depends on the receptacle partner. For a typical BERGSTIK® II socket, the combined height lands around 0.438" (11.13 mm) — check the mating half's insulation height to confirm your z-budget.
