The Amphenol 68705-209HLF is a 9-position unshrouded male pin header from the BERGSTIK® II series, designed for board-to-board interconnect on a standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch grid. This single-row, through-hole solder header carries 5A per contact and is rated for 110V, making it suitable for signal distribution and light power routing within enclosed equipment. The unshrouded design requires the mating receptacle to provide its own alignment guidance during assembly.
The 0.100" pitch matches legacy and current standard grid layouts, so board footprint design is straightforward with common 0.100" header patterns.
The overall contact length of 0.395" (10.03mm) includes a 0.200" (5.08mm) mating length, providing adequate wipe for reliable contact.
