It uses the standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch that fits breadboards and legacy 2.54mm-grid layouts. Rated 5A per circuit at 110V, it is a signal-level interconnect — the 5A per contact is typical for logic and low-power I/O, not a bus bar or motor drive.
Board Fit and Dimensions
The overall contact length is 0.395" (10.03mm), split into a 0.200" (5.08mm) mating pin and a 0.095" (2.41mm) solder post. That 0.095" post is short — it suits a standard 1.6mm PCB but won't reach through a thick backplane. Through-hole mounting with solder termination, unshrouded, push-pull fastening. No board locks or alignment pegs — the solder joints carry the mechanical load.
This is the male pin header half. The tin-to-tin contact interface is reliable for a few dozen mating cycles; for frequent field service, consider a gold-plated variant.
