Contact system and board fit
The 69133-440HLF is the 40-position member of Amphenol's BERGSTIK II unshrouded header line, dual-row, 0.100" pitch. Tin-plated square pins rated 3 A per contact, with a 100.0 µin mating-side finish that supports moderate reconnect duty in controlled environments. The UL 94 V-0 black insulator and -65°C to 130°C operating range suit the header for general-purpose board-to-board wiring inside equipment enclosures.
Pitch and row spacing
Mating pitch and row spacing are both 0.100" (2.54mm) — the standard 0.100" x 0.100" grid that matches common perfboard and prototyping layouts. The 0.230" mating pin length and 0.285" post length give clearance for standard PCB thicknesses and mating receptacles.
