Housing and contact construction

The open-top design exposes the tin-plated contact beams for probing or manual rework. The polyester housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and stands 0.200" (5.08mm) above the board. Tin-on-tin mating with a 100.0µin (2.54µm) contact finish thickness provides adequate cycle life for configuration jumpers that are set once and left in place.
