Board-to-wire header with friction lock
The 69168-220HLF is the 20-circuit dual-row member of Amphenol's Mini-PV Basics+ shrouded header line, designed for board-to-cable/wire connections. It mates at 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch, uses through-hole solder termination, and carries gold or GXT contact plating rated 15.0 µ" (0.38 µm) on the mating surface.
Mating and locking details
The shrouded 2-wall housing with friction lock secures the mated pair against vibration and accidental disconnection — the lock engages with the matching receptacle without tools. All 20 positions are loaded with square male pins; the contact material is phosphor bronze.
