What This 2-Position Open Top Jumper Does
The 71363-102: It bridges two header pins to configure logic levels, enable programming modes, or set address lines on a board. The open top design allows access to the contact beams for probing or rework without removing the jumper — useful during board bring-up or field reconfiguration. For signal-level shunting (logic, address, configuration) this is well above typical needs.
Pitch, Height, and Board Fit
Standoff height is 0.360" (9.14 mm) above the header seating plane. This gives clearance over taller components on the board and allows finger access for removal.
In a lab or production environment where the jumper is reconfigured dozens of times, the gold interface maintains stable contact resistance.
