28-Position Dubox™ Receptacle — Board-to-Board Fit
The 71609-314: This is a 28-position, dual-row receptacle from the Dubox™ series, designed for board-to-board stacking. The solder tails are tin-plated (78.7 µinch), which wets well to standard HASL or ENIG pads. Right-angle surface-mount orientation means the receptacle sits parallel to the PCB, keeping the mated stack height low — useful when the board-to-board z-height budget is tight.

As a Dubox™ receptacle, it mates with Dubox™ series pin headers of the same pitch (0.100") and row count (dual-row, 28 positions). The 0.100" row spacing matches the header's pin grid — the mated pair forms a board-to-board stack with the header's insulation height setting the separation distance.
