Board-to-Board Header for Prototyping and Production
The Amphenol ICC 75160-102-10LF is a 10-position, single-row BergStik® unshrouded male pin header on a standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch.
It gives the board layout engineer a predictable via pattern and generous routing channels between pins. The 30.0 µ" gold GXT™ plating is the real differentiator here: it is substantially thicker than the flash gold or tin found on commodity headers, which means the contact resistance stays stable over hundreds of mating cycles. For a production board that must tolerate field rework or test-fixture cycling, this plating grade buys reliability that a tin-plated header cannot match.
