The FCI / Amphenol 75160-127-04LF is a 4-position unshrouded BergStik® male pin header on a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch, single-row layout. The 30.0µin (0.76µm) GXT™ gold plating on the mating surface handles repeated insertion cycles without fretting corrosion, while the UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing suits equipment inside enclosures requiring a flame rating. At 5 A per circuit, the 4-position header carries a total of 20 A distributed across the row, but the real-world derating depends on the number of adjacent circuits carrying current simultaneously and the ambient temperature inside the enclosure.
