The FCI 75160-132-36LF is a 36-position, single-row BergStik® unshrouded header on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. It is a through-hole board-to-board interconnect — the male pins mate with a matching BergStik receptacle or a standard 0.025" square-post socket strip. The 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) gold GXT™ plating on the mating surface handles repeated insertion cycles without fretting, and the UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing meets the flame rating required inside most industrial enclosures.
The 0.100" pitch sets the board footprint — each pin lands on a 2.54 mm grid, matching the vast installed base of BergStik receptacles and IDC sockets. At 36 positions in a single row, the header spans about 3.6" (91.4 mm) of board edge, which means the PCB real estate and the mating connector must both accommodate that length. If the board lives in a temperature-cycled cabinet or sees field swaps, this plating is the right choice over tin.
The 75160-139-36LF shares the same 36-position, single-row layout, 0.100" pitch, gold GXT plating, and 5 A rating. The difference is the overall contact length: 0.660" (16.76 mm) on the -139 vs 0.625" (15.88 mm) on the -132. That extra 0.035" is in the mating pin length — the -139's pins extend further past the receptacle, which can matter if the mating connector has a deep shroud or if you need extra clearance for a wire-to-board application where the receptacle sits on a cable.
