The FCI 75160-322-20LF is a 20-position, single-row BERGSTIK® unshrouded header. Tin-plated phosphor bronze pins carry 5A per contact, and the black thermoplastic housing is rated UL94 V-0.
The 0.100" pitch matches the legacy 2.54mm grid, so the 20-position header occupies 1.9" (48.26mm) of board edge. The 0.120" (3.05mm) solder post length suits standard 1.6mm PCBs — the post protrudes enough for a clean through-hole wave solder fillet without bottoming out against the board. Overall contact length is 0.525" (13.34mm), with a 0.305" (7.75mm) mating pin length that gives good wipe before bottoming in a receptacle.
Mating and contact finish
This is an unshrouded push-pull header — no latch, no keying. The tin mating finish at 78.7µin (2.00µm) is thick enough for moderate mating cycles (50–100) in a permanent or semi-permanent board-to-board connection. The square male pins mate with standard 0.025" square-post receptacles.
