Board-to-Wire Header for Parallel Routing
At 40 circuits across two rows spaced 0.100" apart, the header occupies a 2.000" row length on the board. The 0.120" solder-tail length gives a through-hole footprint that clears most standard PCB thicknesses (0.062" to 0.093") with enough protrusion for a clean solder fillet on the bottom side. Tin on tin contacts are rated for tens to low hundreds of mating cycles — enough for internal harness connections that are mated once at assembly and rarely disconnected in the field.
